1959 – Born Hayling Island, England.
1972 – 1975 - Educated Cranford House School, Moulsford.
1975 – 1977 Maidenhead College of Art. Foundation Course.
1977 - 1980 Art and Design , Cheltenham. BA Hons Fine Art.
1980-87 . Lived and painted in Eldersfield and Redmarley in Gloucestershire.
1987 – Moved permanently to Cornwall. Rented an ACME Studio at Porthleven. Ran Easter & Summer Courses there.
1990 – 2001 . Lecturer Falmouth College of Art and Design, and Outposts.
1993 - 94 . Course leader Truro College Cornwall.
1993,97 & 98 . Travelled and painted as practising artist on Exeter University field trips to Italy.
1993 – 2001 . Worked at Tate Gallery St Ives, Cornwall, Artist lead lectures/workshops.
1994 – Took a studio in Florence, Italy.  Travelled to America and Australia.
1995 – 1997 - Spent time painting in Malta.
2000 – Lecturer in painting Accademia di Belli Arti di Venezia, Italy.
2001 – Moved to Exeter. Lecturer Plymouth University & Art History Lecturer at University Centre Somerset.
2000 – 2004 - Lecturer in Fine Art Cornwall College.
2005 – Married.
2007 – Built a studio . Lives and works on the Lizard Peninsula.
